- Processing Time: 1-2 business days from order confirmation. During high-volume campaigns (new releases, holidays), processing may extend by 1-2 days.
- Deployment Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive a transmission (email) with tracking intelligence and a link to monitor your package’s progress.
- Operational Area: We deploy globally. Exclusions apply to certain remote regions in Asia and other specified territories.

Phase 2: Returns & Exchanges Protocol
Even the best-laid plans may need adjustment. Our returns process is designed with the collector’s precision in mind.
Eligibility & Rules of Engagement
- Mission Window: You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
- Condition Requirements:
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging.
- All components, sprues, manuals, and accessories must be present and undamaged.
- Factory seals on trading cards, collectibles, and sealed products must be intact.
- No assembly, painting, or modification is permitted on model kits or miniatures for returns.
- Include your original order number or packing slip.
- Cost of Retrieval: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the commander (customer) unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Initiate Contact with HQ
Within 15 days of delivery, send a transmission to [email protected] with the subject: Return/Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number]. Clearly state your request and reason.
Receive Your RMA Authorization
Our support team will review within 2 business days. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship without an RMA.
Strategic Packaging & Deployment
Securely package the item in its original packaging, then place it in a shipping box with adequate protection. Include:
- The RMA number clearly visible on the box exterior.
- Your original packing slip/order summary.
- A brief note explaining the reason for return.

Inspection & Processing
Upon arrival at HQ, our quality control team will inspect the returned items. This typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification once inspection is complete.
Mission Completion
For Exchanges: Your replacement will be shipped using your original method (upgraded if the error was ours).
For Returns: Your refund will be initiated as per the schedule below.
Funds Recovery: Refund Timeline & Methods
- Inspection & Approval: 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days after approval.
- Funds Appearance: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Note on Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
Phase 3: Restricted Items (Non-Returnable Inventory)
To maintain quality and fairness for our global community of hobbyists, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly shipped.

Product-Line Specific Directives
- Trading Cards: Due to random distribution, sealed products cannot be returned if opened. Only factory-sealed, unopened products are eligible.
- Model Kits (Bandai/Gundam): Kits with broken seals or any assembly cannot be returned. Intact seals and original packaging are required.
- Miniature Games (Games Workshop): Miniatures removed from sprues, assembled, primed, or painted cannot be returned.
- Table Top RPGs: Books with removed shrink wrap or visible use cannot be returned unless defective.
- Hobby Supplies: Opened paints, tools, or consumables cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance.
Defective Items Exception: If you receive a genuinely defective product (missing parts, manufacturing flaws, damage from inadequate packaging), contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping.
