2.1 Accurate Information:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation and checkout, including a valid email address and shipping address.

2.2 Account Security:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

2.3 Legal Compliance:

Use our site and services only for lawful purposes. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract or have parental consent.

2.4 Prohibited Conduct:

You shall not: (a) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site; (b) interfere with site security or functionality; (c) attempt to purchase products for fraudulent or commercial resale purposes without authorization; (d) misuse product information or images.

3.1 Product Representation:

We strive for accurate product images, descriptions, and specifications. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or component design may occur between manufacturers’ production runs. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

3.2 Product Nature & Restrictions:

Our products are primarily physical hobby goods. Key characteristics:

• Trading Cards: Contain randomly assorted items. We sell sealed products as provided by manufacturers; we do not guarantee specific card contents.
• Model Kits & Miniatures: Require assembly and painting (unless pre-assembled). Sold as new, in original packaging.
• Hobby Supplies: Paints, tools, and adhesives are for intended hobby use. Follow all manufacturer safety instructions.

3.3 Pricing:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. In such a case, we will notify you and provide the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel the order.

4.1 Order Formation:

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is a formal offer to purchase. We accept your offer by sending an order confirmation email. Only then is a sales contract formed.

4.2 Order Cancellation:

You may request to cancel an order before it enters the “Processing” stage (typically within a few hours). Contact HQ immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept payments via: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Payment is processed at checkout. Your card will be charged upon order confirmation.

4.4 Sales Tax & Import Duties:

US customers may be charged applicable sales tax. For international orders, you are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

5.1 Processing Time:

Orders are processed for deployment in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Delays may occur during high-volume campaigns.

5.2 Shipping Regions:

We deploy globally from our Jersey City hub, with exclusions for certain remote regions in Asia and other specified territories. You are responsible for providing a shippable address.

5.3 Shipping Methods & Costs:

• Standard Tactical Deployment: $12.95 USD via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Extended Reconnaissance Deployment (Free Shipping): FREE on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

5.4 Delivery & Risk of Loss:

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages after tracking shows “delivered,” or issues with customs. It is your responsibility to track your package and be available to receive it.

6.1 Eligibility Window:

You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

6.2 Condition Requirements:

To be eligible, items must be:

• In original, unopened, undamaged packaging.
• Include all components, manuals, and accessories.
• Unassembled, unpainted, and unmodified (for kits/miniatures).
• Factory seals intact (for trading cards, sealed products).

6.3 Non-Returnable Items (Critical Intelligence):

The following are FINAL SALE if opened, used, or altered:

• Opened Trading Card packs/boxes
• Digital products/codes
• Assembled, primed, or painted miniatures
• Opened hobby supplies (paints, tools)
• Personalized/custom items
• Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

6.4 Return Process & Costs:

You must obtain an RMA number from us before returning. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

7.1 Our Property:

The Flipside Gaming Store name, logo, website design, content, and graphics are our intellectual property or used with permission. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use them without our express written permission.

7.2 Product IP:

All products sold are the intellectual property of their respective manufacturers (Bandai, Games Workshop, etc.). Purchase of a product grants you ownership of the physical item, not the underlying IP rights (characters, designs, logos). You agree not to reproduce or commercially exploit those IP rights.

7.3 User-Generated Content:

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for promotional purposes. You confirm you have the right to share that content.

8.1 Our Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flipside Gaming Store and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products, including lost profits or data.
